based on your description, this issue may be caused by the clean water in the base station’s water tank not draining properly.
We recommend enabling the “Auto Base Tray Cleaning” function in the Base Station Settings and checking whether the base station is able to dispense water normally.
If the base station does not dispense water as expected, please check whether the water hose connected to the clean water tank is blocked. You may also try removing the clean water tank and reinstalling it to see if this resolves the issue. |
