[V50 Ultra Complete] Mop pads not getting water?

My V50 Ultra Complete is vacuuming fine, but when it goes to mop it isn’t filling with water and wetting the pads? The clean water tank is not emptying and nothing is being pulled into the wastewater tank.

I’ve tried using a small needless syringe and spraying water through the system to see if it could clear any blockage, but that didn’t have any effect.

How can I get my machine working again??

Someone says to prime the robot vacuum by using a syringe and pushing water into the onboard tank on the robot

Hello,

based on your description, this issue may be caused by the clean water in the base station’s water tank not draining properly.

We recommend enabling the “Auto Base Tray Cleaning” function in the Base Station Settings and checking whether the base station is able to dispense water normally.

If the base station does not dispense water as expected, please check whether the water hose connected to the clean water tank is blocked. You may also try removing the clean water tank and reinstalling it to see if this resolves the issue.
