If the debris collected by the robot mainly consists of fibrous or fluffy materials (such as pet hair or lint), this type of debris can easily clog the air inlet and is often difficult for the base station to remove completely.
In such cases, we regret to inform you that manual cleaning of the affected area is recommended, as the base station may not be able to fully clear this type of debris on its own.
With regular cleaning, the floor usually stays cleaner for a longer period of time, which helps reduce the accumulation of lint and significantly lowers the likelihood of the air inlet becoming clogged again.
Additionally, regarding the fraying of the side brush bristles, you can try soaking the brush in hot water. This often helps the bristles return to their original shape.
