[P10 Pro Ultra] Schedule clean malfunction?

Hello, I'm having problems with my Brand new P10 (Gen 2)
I have only had it a few days and I have noticed that if I schedule a clean, specifically any type of mopping, the p10 does not use water when it mops. It will just make the motion and mop with either dry or damp pads from a mop clean cycle. This same thing happens if I use clean genius mode. It will just go about mopping but no water will come out. It will even return to the base station to empty mop water and just suck air out no dirty water to be had. I have kept the clean water tank full and made sure all rooms are set to standard mop water use not dry.
If I use custom mode and tell it to mop a certain room or set of rooms then it works perfectly fine. But that is the only way I can get it to actually mop with water.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I know it’s silly advice but have you power cycled the base and vacuum and made sure al software is up to date?

Hello,

could you please confirm whether the device properly washes the mop pads before leaving the base when using Scheduled Cleaning mode and Clean Genius mode?

If the mop pads are washed normally, please try cleaning the water outlet on the bottom of the robot.
