I noticed the carpet was wet when the robot went over it and then noticed the mops aren’t lifted. Isn’t it supposed to auto detect the carpet? Or do I have to program it somehow?
Please check the carpet settings to ensure that the “Lift mop on carpet” feature is enabled. If it’s not, we recommend turning it on. If the robot hasn’t automatically detected the carpet, we suggest manually adding the carpet area in the map.
