For this situation, we recommend that you follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
1. Please confirm that the charging dock / base station is properly connected to a power source. Make sure that both ends of the power cable are securely plugged in.
2. During charging, the power indicator light should blink white, and once fully charged it should remain solid white. After the robot is fully charged, please restart it and check whether it operates normally.
3. Please clean the charging contacts on both the charging dock and the robot to ensure good contact during charging.
