Hello! Over the last few weeks while using the Mova Z60 ultra complete. I had noticed that at one point it started to map out the outside of my house, even though it was indoors in addition to that it also attempted to lift up the circular part of the robot in an area where it wasn’t supposed to causing a large scratch on the top of the robot. I reached out to customer service and inform them of what happened and they sent me a replacement once I sent back the old robot. Since using the replacement it seems the issue was the robot itself as the replacement does not have any issues and works great. It picks up pet hair, dust, and dirt perfectly from the floor everyday when vacuuming and mopping the floors at night. I will continue posting updates on the mova after more time has passed by.
