Today I decided to test to see how well the Z60 can get coffee stains off of a tile kitchen floor. I always seem to have coffee or tea stains on the floor. I intentionally spilled some coffee on the floor a couple of days ago and let it dry. I wanted it to be very dry and "set".
I sent the Z60 to clean the kitchen. I have it set on Custom > Vac and Mop > Suction power = Standard > Mop wetness = 20
The Z60 cleaned the stains very well and they were completely gone with the one clean cycle. I have the setting as 1x.
I also own the V50 which I love. However, I am really enjoying the mop roller vs the mop pads. While the V50 does an excellent job, I do have the wetness set considerably higher and I notice that I will occasionally get a "dry strip" as it is mopping - it's the area between the mop pads. I definitely do not have that with the roller mop.
I am very pleased with how it has been mopping and getting the coffee stains off the floor is great. It made quick work of cleaning the floor. I like that at the end of the day I can just ask it to clean the kitchen and it's done. If only it could wash dishes!
Thank you for your positive feedback and for sharing your experience. Regarding the issue you mentioned with dry streaks appearing in the center of the V50 mop, we recommend the following:
1.Please check the installation of the mop pads and make sure they are properly aligned and centered, with no offset.
2.We also suggest using the “Standard” cleaning route, or running the cleaning task for an additional cycle. After completing the full cleaning process, the streaks should be covered and reduced.
