Is there a way to raise the height of the ultratrim setting? I like for the mower to move to the side but 3cm is a bit low for cool season grasses. Another thing with the ultratrim is that if the mower senses or runs into an obstacle or loses traction while doing the ultratrim, it doesn’t raise the mower head and creates a 3cm path through the yard while navigating around the issue. These issues unfortunately have led me to not using the ultratrim setting at all.
Currently, it is unable to adjust the mowing height in UltraTrim mode.
Due to safety regulations, the cutting height is limited to 3cm when the blade is offset to the side to prevent fingers from potentially touching the blade.
If you are concerned about inconsistent cutting heights between the lawn edges and the center, you can set separate mowing frequencies for the area and edges, reducing the frequency of edge mowing to allow the lawn to grow.
