Is my Carpet too Thick

The mop pads are gently grazing over the top of the carpet. I have the carpet setting on that says lift mop pads. Is my carpet just too for this to work?

Hello, the mop lifting height for this model is 10.5 mm.

If the carpet is too thick, the mop may still come into contact with it even when the “Lift the mop on the carpet” feature is enabled.
