Regarding the Docking issue with your device, we recommend following the troubleshooting steps below:
**Causes for Docking Failure:**
1. The dock/base is powered off or moved. Please power it on and return it to its original position.
2. There are obstacles around the dock/base. Please clear them away.
3. The robot got stuck while cleaning. Please place it back onto the dock/base manually.
4. The dock/base is not placed on a flat surface. Please relocate it to a flat area.
5. System error. Place the robot 1 meter in front of the dock/base and press the "Recall" button.
