[Lidax Ultra 1000] Loving it so far, a couple of requests

I've only done one mow and currently on the second one. This thing is amazing.

I wish the battery wouldn't discharge so quickly, but really who cares. It goes back on its own, do it as many times as you want little guy.

Anyways, a few things the app is missing which IMHO would be easy to implement:

1) Allow to make edges straight. I don't have fences with my neighbors and the robot mows in the exact shaky way I did when mapping.
It would be great to be able to take an edge and make it straight.

2) Similar thing for the no go zones. I have circular edges around trees, it would be great to be able to take my shapeless no go zones and turn them into perfect circles.

3) Be able to modify the map without having to remap everything. For example, extend an edge or move the charging station

Dear Customer,

Thank you very much for your feedback and detailed suggestions.
We appreciate you choosing MOVA and sharing your valuable comments with us.

After checking with our relevant team, we’d like to clarify the following:
1. Currently cannot straighten the edges of the map.
2. There is currently no circular restricted zone function.
3. Without losing the existing map, you can only add or merge new areas.
Modifying map edges and moving the charging station are not supported.
The charging station position is fixed in the map data to ensure accurate navigation and docking.

We will forward your suggestions on map editing to our R&D team.
We will keep improving and upgrading our products based on every customer’s feedback.

Thank you again for your support and attention.
Have a nice day!

UPDATE:

It's possible to extend a zone. Embarrassingly easy once I thought it through: Simply add an adjacent zone and the app will combine them automatically!

Straight edges are possible too! Simply split the zone and delete the irregular border. Like when making pasta and you cut the edges with a roller.

I still can't do perfect no-go circles.

Well I spoke too soon. Turns out you can't delete a zone that was split. So I'll just have to ignore the irregular zone forever. That's something you can't set it to remember as well. I'll have to do it every time
Hello, this application only supports deleting original, independent regions that have never been split. If the region you want to delete has been split, it cannot be deleted.

You can set the region you want to delete as a restricted region. Thank you for your message. We hope this helps you use the product better.
Agree 100% with these comments. I wish I had misspent my youth playing video games since I find the remote control extremely frustrating to use. I have had to entirely remap 5-6 times now to modify/improve/optimize the mowing area - and still failed!
I would also add to the discussion on perfectly circular no go zones. I tried to circumvent this by adding circular shapes instead. It works but, unfortunately, positioning the shape precisely, without any measurements to align to is entirely trial & error. I attempted to set a no go-zone and overlay that with a circle but the app won't allow that. Next, I tried to fool the app into thinking I was creating a no go zone - got the robot in position to set the start point and then cancelled the no go zone hoping to position the circle at the "nose' of the robot - the robot position also disappeared 🤷‍♂️
A workaround for this would be useful.

Hello! We fully understand the frustration you feel after repeated failed attempts. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unintuitive remote control operation and the difficulties
