Mop cover Error

Replaced for mop cover error.  Now 2nd robot, mop cover error again.  They agreed to replace again.  Id like to try pads but they wont allow me a refund or to pay for an upgrade.  Who has a continual mop cover error.  I dont have time for this.  I purchased $1000+ to simplify my life.

Damn sorry to hear that the mova v50 is probably the last higher end vacuum with pads they make that i know of and it has done pretty well
