I’ve used a lot of robot vacuums over the years, and the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller is honestly the first one that didn’t completely fail on my shaggy rug. The StepMaster feature is what really makes the difference. Instead of getting stuck or avoiding the rug altogether, it actually lifts itself up and moves onto it like it knows what it’s doing.
Most robot vacuums either spin in place, shut down, or just pretend the rug doesn’t exist—but this one just climbs on and keeps cleaning. It’s surprisingly smooth and doesn’t struggle the way others do. If you have thick carpets or uneven flooring, this feature alone makes it feel like a totally different level of vacuum. I have vacuumed this rug for years without using a robot vacuum and sometimes could not even complete it as the vacuum couldn't handle it, or it was just to exhausting after a while. Also, no other robot vacuum has been able to vacuum my rug without getting stuck and just not being able to vacuum it at all.
If you have a shaggy rug, I highly recommend the Mova Z60.
