[V50 Ultra Complete] Downward Force and Stain Removal

One of the main reasons I was drawn to the MOVA robot vacuums over competitors is the high downward force created by the mop pads when cleaning. Many of the reviews online had examples of the V50 getting rid of all kinds of spills, but they were usually fresh messes. I was a little disappointed after running the V50 a few times to find that it was unable to remove a number of dried out old stains in the kitchen.  I don’t think an alternative robot would have cleaned them any better, but it is worth nothing that the robot is not able to leave floor looking brand new, you will still need to a deep spring cleaning to get these more stubborn stain out.

Dear HNS,

For more stubborn stains, we recommend selecting a more intensive wash cycle and running the cleaning cycle several times to see if the results improve. If stains persist, manual cleaning may be necessary.

We also recommend regularly cleaning and replacing mops/cloths, as a clean mop significantly improves cleaning efficiency.

We thank you for your support and understanding.
