Mopping and vacuuming at same time

We just got z60 and did the initial mapping, we set our app to mop and vacuum, our home is 1800sqf with hardwood and tiles - no carpet, the Z60 has been running around for over 3hr and vacuuming but not mopping, kind of ridiculous, do they vacuum and mop at the same time or they just first vacuum and than go for second run to do the mopping, I’m wondering if my unit is defective and I need to return it.

Please ensure that you have selected "Custom" mode instead of "Clean Genius" mode.

If you select the "Vac & Mop" mode, the robot should vacuum and mop simultaneously. If it only vacuums without mopping, that doesn't seem normal.

If you select the "Mop after Vac" mode, the robot will first complete vacuuming the area and then make a second pass to perform mopping.
