We completely understand your frustration regarding the robot accidentally vacuuming pet waste and contaminating both the floor and itself. To help prevent similar incidents in the future, we recommend checking the cleaning area beforehand to ensure there are no pet droppings or other unusual debris on the floor.
For the current cleaning issue with the robot, you may try the following steps:
1. Power off the device and use a damp tissue or soft cloth to clean the underside of the robot and the brush area.
2. If the contamination is severe, we recommend using a mild detergent to clean the affected components (such as the brush, mop, dustbin, etc.), and ensure all parts are completely dry before reinstalling them.
If any parts are damaged or the robot still does not function properly after cleaning, we recommend contacting our after-sales support team promptly. Please provide the necessary information (such as the purchase invoice), and they will assist you further.
