For the issue of waste sticking to the wheels, we recommend the following cleaning steps:
1. Please power off the robot first.
2. Manually rotate the wheels and use tissues or disposable gloves to remove any debris stuck to the wheel surfaces.
3. Use wet wipes or a soft brush with a mild detergent to clean the affected areas thoroughly.
4. After cleaning, make sure to dry the wheels and surrounding areas completely to prevent moisture from entering the motor.
If there is still an odor or the robot does not function properly after cleaning, we recommend contacting our after-sales service center. They will assist you with further support.
