Hello!
First, could you let us know if the mop pads never get wet at all, or just stay dry at the start?
When the robot first leaves the base station to mop, the mop pads are already quite wet from the initial cleaning. After about 5 minutes of mopping, the system reaches a stable state, and then the robot will perform regular water refills to keep the mop pads consistently damp.
If the pads remain completely dry the entire time, please check a few things first:
1.Make sure the water tank is properly filled and installed.
2.Confirm the mopping water level is not set to the lowest setting in the app.
3.Check if the water outlet on the base station or the robot is clogged.
If the issue persists after these checks, please let us know and we can guide you through further troubleshooting.

Hello, please go to the device homepage, enter the Custom section and select Custom Cleaning. Choose mopping mode, then slide left or right on the mopping page to adjust the mop humidity. Please set the humidity to the highest level and select the Powerful scrub strength. After adjusting these settings, run the machine to check if it works normally.
