Dust collector bag

I received this model from Amazon as a renewed unit but it looked brand new. It had an unused  dust  collector bag inside that I installed.
I used the robot in vacuum and mop mode yesterday and it would return to wash and rewet the mops but it wouldn’t collect the dust . This morning I tried just vacuuming and when it came back to base it said please install dust collector bag and there is a brand new one in there

Do you mean the dust bag in the base station? If so, you can check if the metal clip has fallen off at the position shown in the figure.
