Although it used to work, recently my mower has stopped showing photos of the obstacles that it detects. When I tap on the icons in the map, it says the mower has poor network connectivity (even though it has full signal). Any ideas?
Hi Bill! The Mova Robotic Mower R&D team is actively working on this issue. We have seen this occur with several different firmware versions and some of the newer versions should fix this issue
Hello, we're sorry you're experiencing this issue. It must be quite inconvenient. Please try restarting your lawn mower and clearing the cache of the app on your phone. If it doesn't work, could you please let us know your device model and share a screenshot of what appears when you tap on the obstacle image? This will help us investigate the possible cause further.
