[P10 Pro Ultra] Mapping confusion since last update

We have had our Mova P10 Pro Ultra for about 6 months and have found it to be phenomenal in that time.  However, since the last software update it seems to be lost and confused every time it leaves the dock.  It ends up cleaning the wrong rooms, wandering aimlessly, and just generally performing VERY poorly.  Everything is up to date, it just seems the last update broke its brain.  I’ve repeatedly restored past versions of our homes map that I know to be good, and it continues to add spaces that don’t exist (e.g. spaces beyond exterior walls).  Any help would be appreciated.

We are truly sorry that the navigation malfunction after the firmware update has ruined your cleaning experience.
To resolve the issues like getting lost, wrong room cleaning and non-existent virtual areas beyond walls, please follow these steps:
1.Ensure the robot has sufficient power, and wipe the top LiDAR to remove dust or obstructions.
2.Delete all existing maps and clear map cache in the App, then perform a full re-mapping of your house. Keep doors closed and tidy up scattered objects during mapping to avoid recognition errors.
3.Divide rooms and set no-go zones after remapping. Avoid restoring old maps repeatedly as they may conflict with the new firmware.
4.If the problem persists after remapping, please provide your robot SN and share your device to our account WN152837. Our technical team will remotely check your device logs to fix the firmware compatibility issue.
