P10 Pro Ultra Gen 2 - Brand new. Crunchy sound when cleaning mop pads?

Is this normal? We just got it and it makes a crunchy grinding sound when it cleans the mop pads.  I uploaded a Youtube short to show the sound at https://www.youtube.com/shorts/-RS8b63tHME

Hello, the sound you hear is most likely the noise from sewage suction. While the robot cleans the mop pads, it quickly pumps dirty water into the wastewater tank. The liquid flowing through the pump and pipelines creates this slurping sound, which is a normal operating noise. You can notice that this sound occurs synchronously with the water suction process, so there is no need to worry.
