Under cabinets?

How can I make the unit go under my kitchen cabinets? The edge fits as I measured it but it’s not vacuuming or mopping under there.

Also, I selected my kitchen this morning as the only room I wanted cleaned. It immediately started mopping it. Why didn’t it vacuum first?

Hello,

Please make sure that the AI-driven SideReach and AI-driven MopExtend features are enabled, and set the frequency to "High".

Then, wipe the right-side edge sensor of the robot with a soft dry cloth, and ensure that the edge sensor is not blocked by any obstacles or objects.

Next, turn off the collision-avoidance mode and see if the situation improves:  
Settings → Floor Cleaning Settings → Collision-avoidance mode

If the device is not vacuuming before mopping, please check the selected cleaning mode. The robot will perform tasks according to the cleaning mode you choose.
