Customer service is great

I needed help with my V50 and used the chat feature. They were so helpful and recommended getting a replacement device from Amazon because I was in the 30 day window. The replacement is perfect and I loved how nice and easy it was to chat with customer support person. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked.
