Z60 Autoshield fell off

This is twice now that the Autoshield roller cover has fallen off while transitioning to carpet. Not sure if I’m reinstalling it properly. Anyone have this experience?

After properly inserting the roller cover, did you also securely fasten the small yellow latch on the right side?

You can refer to the attached image, which shows the latch in the properly locked position.

Thank you, the latch was not snapped down. I think that worked.
