Here are some methods that may help you:
1. Please check that the plug is secure and that the charging dock is powered on. Observe whether the indicator light above the dust collection cover is lit normally. If it is lit normally, the base station is successfully powered on.
2. Check that the metal contacts on the bottom of the charging dock and the robot are clean. If there is dust or dirt, please wipe it clean gently with a dry cloth.
3. The charging dock should be placed against a wall, with a recommended clearance of 5cm to the left and right, and no obstructions within 1 meter in front.
4. There should be no reflective objects opposite the robot, such as mirrors or strong light interference.
5. Please confirm whether the drive wheels of the main unit are slipping, stuck, or trapped during operation.
6. Restart the robot. If the problem persists, try resetting the robot, reconnecting to the network and re-mapping, and then observe whether it functions normally.
