Return to Dock Suction Problems

Anyone else have this issue when the robot vac returns to the dock it leaves a bunch of debris?

Hello, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the debris leakage issue when the robot returns to the dock:
Open the front cover of the charging dock, take out the dust bag to check for damage, and inspect if the right inlet of the dock is blocked by foreign objects.
Check whether the right inlet at the bottom of the charging dock is clogged with debris.

3.Take out the robot’s internal dust bin and verify if the suction port is blocked.
4.Inspect the inlet of the dust bin, and check if foreign objects are wrapped around the roller brush, which will prevent debris from being sucked into the dust bag.
