Hello!
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
Check auto-empty settings: Go to self-cleaning settings and confirm the auto-empty frequency. The robot will empty the dust bin automatically based on your configured schedule.
Check Do Not Disturb mode: Make sure DND mode is disabled. When DND is turned on, the base station will not perform auto-empty. Navigate to [Robot Management] to switch it off and try again.
Complete the cleaning mission fully: Ensure the robot finishes cleaning normally and returns to the charging dock automatically. Auto-empty will fail if the battery is low or the charging process is interrupted manually.
Manually test the auto-empty function: After cleaning finishes, tap the auto-empty button in the APP to verify whether the function works.
👉 If auto-empty can be triggered but the dust bin cannot be emptied:
Check whether hair tangles block the dust bin outlet. Hair is hard to suck away and may hinder the fan operation. Please clean it manually. We also recommend increasing the cleaning frequency and auto-empty cycles to reduce dust buildup.
👉 If the auto-empty function cannot be triggered at all:
Please record a video showing the fault, provide your APP account ID and robot serial number (label located on the bottom of the robot). Also share the device to our account: QR033438. Our technical team will check your device remotely.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
