How to view obstacles

I've agreed to have the mower photograph obstacles.  That screen says I can tap on the obstacle  icon to see a picture.  Ok, ran a mow this morning, 3 obstacles. Tap on them and I get a message saying to move the obstacle or mark it as a no-go zone.  No photo. The work log goes to the same screen.  How do I view the obstacle?

Not all obstacles provide a picture. Some obstacles are branches, trees or concrete paths that the mower detected as unmowable areas. Mova is recommending to make those areas no-go zones so the mower doesn’t continue recognizing them as obstacles.

You will see a gold/yellow icon for obstacles that the mower took a picture of. You may also see a blue icon for images of people the mower took. If it is a person, sometimes those photos are hidden within the video/camera area where you view live feeds from!

Hmm, so I only have grey obstacle icons.

Does that mean it bumped into something?  It's not mowing at all near the edge of the map, so I'm trying to figure out if it's afraid of some shrub, so I can make an "accessible zone" to make it mow under the shrub's shadow.  

Yes, I drove the robot with its wheels on the edge when making the map.  I can't use the UltraTrim feature because I have St. Augustine grass and cutting it that short will scalp it and kill it.  I've fixed some edges by expanding the zone to include some of the adjacent sidewalk, so the robot wheels drive on the sidewalk.  The remaining obstacles are not hard edges, just places where the robot thinks something is bad.  One is a spot of tall fescue that has long seed stems this time of year. The other is in the shadow of a weeping spruce shrub.
