Why does my robot vac go back to charge when there is still a 79% charge on the battery?

My Mova 60  is about 1 month old having trouble with when the mop head goes back to clean foam runs out of both sides I am only using CLEAR  water no Mova solution and when it goes back to finish cleaning leaves roller marks that I have  to clean the inside the dock area and go around and clean wet roller marks on my ceramic tile floors with a mop I need to talk to someone.
