P10 Pro Ultra stopped working. The current region does not match the model.

I purchased my Mova P10 Pro Ultra through Amazon Mexico, but the product was imported from the United States. It had been working perfectly for the past eight months, but today I received a region lock message and can no longer use it. Returning it to the seller is not an option because I bought it almost a year ago. What can I do to unlock it?

I am having the same issue. The answer i got from the official whatsapp is "Estimado cliente, Le informamos que solo la versión local oficial de México funciona correctamente. Las versiones de otros países pueden presentar problemas de compatibilidad de software. Le sugerimos contactar a su vendedor original para tramitar el reembolso. Gracias."
