Adding extra rooms to clean

Loving our device until we recently have had a few issues. Recently my device has been adding our master bedroom to its nightly clean when it is only supposed to be cleaning the common areas. We will be laying in bed and it comes in and starts cleaning and I will have to end the clean manually. It also keeps loosing its mop sometimes in the dock and sometimes randomly in the house. It also has 3 rooms on the map that do not exist in our home and I don’t know how to remove those rooms.

The extra rooms that don’t exist, do you happen to have mirrors in the room that connects to them? I’m asking because I also have an extra area that doesn’t exist and figured out it’s because of a floor length mirror that the reflection is confusing the robot so it thinks there’s a room that’s just a reflection, but I also don’t know how to get rid of that extra area.

Regarding the first issue, please check whether a scheduled task is enabled. For the second issue, you may try resetting the robot. If this does not work, you will need to contact after‑sales support. As for the third issue, it may be caused by reflections from glass doors or mirrors.
