Just spins in a circle

I started normal vacuum and mop but it left the dockWent out a few inches then just spins in a circle. I checked for any obstructions, none found, cleaned all sensors and it still just spins in a circle. I tried getting it to dock in the app, just spins in a circle

I understand that your P10 Pro Ultra keeps spinning in circles after traveling a short distance away from the dock, and it still spins even when you send return‑to‑dock command via the MOVA app  brings you great inconvenience. Thank you for  checking for obstacles and cleaning all sensors . You can also restart the robot. In the MOVA app, go to "Me", open Settings and then the "General" section. There you will find the "Clear Cache" option. Tap on it and confirm the process. If the problem persists, please provide the exact time of the fault, relevant photos or videos, upload device logs, offer your device SN, and firmware version, share your device to ID: HA069213.
