Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Regarding your issue where the drum shows an error and gets stuck: please try powering off the unit and unplugging it. Flip the machine over, and check if there are any foreign objects wrapped around or jamming the drive wheel and surrounding area. Remove the drum cloth, fluffy roller and cover completely to inspect for trapped debris. Clean and reinstall all parts properly, wait for 5 minutes after installation, then power on and test again.
