New Drive feature implementation?

I have the 3000 awd Is there anyway possible in a future update to where u guys can implement a shuttle drive option. The Terramow X AWD which is coming out soon has this feature which I think is simple and practical but also a genius idea. Instead of making those u-turns (which has caused lawn damage in certain areas) it can mow bidirectional back and forth without having to make those turns which is damaging lawns. The feature is actually a game changer that I hope would be easy to be implemented. I sure hate to have to buy the Terramow X just for this simple option which I think would be a no brainer to update into the firmware for the 3000 AWD.

Unfortunately this is much harder technically than it sounds and would require some major hardware updates, not just updates to the firmware. I’m not saying they couldn’t adjust the firmware to make wider or gentler loops or stagger turning points so it’s not always in the same spot, but achieving TerraMow’s Shuttle Drive is a hardware limitation.

Have you tried customizing your navigation path to use a curved turn instead of a u-turn? I find it makes the turns much better.

I'll try the curve turn and see will it be any kind of improvement. However I'm still hoping there is still some way possible to implement this. The main problem is the omni-wheels instead of wheels that actually turn like on other mowers like Navimow etc. I still believe shuttle will be an major improvement even with the omni-wheels.
