how do you change carpet height for vacuuming.....sometimes I see and sometimes I dont...I have ¼" carpet in my den and living room and the vacuum is really chewing up carpet

Our robot supports carpet detection and this function is enabled by default. When the robot detects carpet, it will boost suction for cleaning and lift up the mop.
The maximum lifting height of the mop is 7 mm. If your carpet is relatively thick, the mop may still slightly brush against its surface.

If you want the robot to avoid carpets completely while the mop is installed, please turn on **Avoid Carpet** in the APP, or mark the carpet area as a no‑go zone.

Note: Long‑pile carpets thicker than 2 cm may be recognized as obstacles by the line‑laser sensor, and the robot will bypass them automatically.

Hello, we recommend you select **low carpet**.
