Tank A Not Working

I am about 150 cycles in to the Mova V 50 and Tank A is still full. I double checked all the settings and everything is on. I am up to date with the latest firmware. I tried soft resetting both the vacuum itself plus the docking station. I still feel like tank a is not using any detergent when mopping. Any help is appreciated.

Regarding the low‑consumption concern of the cleaning solution on your MOVA V50 Ultra:
This unit uses concentrated cleaning solution. Only 1‑2 ml is dispensed each time, so the liquid‑level drop is hardly visible to the naked eye. You can shake the wastewater tank. If foam is produced, it means the detergent is being dispensed normally.

Reference consumption data:
‑ Around 1.33 ml of floor cleaning liquid and 1.33 ml of deodorizing liquid are consumed per cleaning cycle.
‑ Tank A uses roughly one‑third of its capacity (133 ml) after about 100 mop washes.
‑ Tank B uses roughly one‑third of its capacity (67 ml) after about 50 mop washes.

Reference service life (one cleaning run per day):
‑ Small‑sized homes: 2 mop washes per run, the full set of cleaning liquid can last 4‑5 months.
‑ Large‑sized homes: 3‑4 mop washes per run, the full set of cleaning liquid can last 3‑4 months.
