[Z60 Ultra Roller SA] Problems with dirty water tank - Mopping System

Last edited by FX770318 on 2026-1-12 23:53

First of all. I have just noticed that I have the white Z60 which is a degraded Vacum robot with les power and I don´t know how many other less features that tultra COMPLETE that was supposed to have more accesories. I sells on the same price but is not only the accessories but also the dual tank (pet + cleanes) and god knows how many other things. It should be more clear what you are buying when comparing.

I purchased a Mova Z60 (SA now..) from Mova´s page in Amazon. I have been using it for more than one month and I have had several issues with the mopping system.

At home,  i vacuum before mopping to get sure that dust is removed before passing the roller but I have noticed after a couple of days dirty water spills after cleaning the roller before continuing with the task. I seems that the dirty water is not going or being sucked into the dirty water tank. I have started a cleaning process in Wet conditions to verify how much dirty water is being sucked into the tank but it stays almost empty which is impossible.

Also the roller gets dirty which seems that the dirt from it is not being removed when mopping. I am really disappointed with the product and want your support to troubleshoot whatever might be happening with the robot.

I attached some images of the spills but even if there are no spills, dirty water tank is always emty with the exception of the main clenaing process that leaves some water in the tank.

If anybody knows wihch other features have been removed in the SA version.. Thanks. Great dissapointment.

Hello,

Thank you very much for providing such detailed feedback about your experience with the Z60 Ultra Roller SA. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment you have felt with the mopping experience and model differences, as this is not the experience we aim to deliver.

Firstly, regarding the model configuration differences you mentioned, we completely understand your disappointment. Different versions with suffixes (such as Ultra Complete and SA version) do indeed have specific distinctions in accessory packages and some feature designs. We have carefully noted your feedback about "unclear product comparisons" and will forward it to the relevant department to improve future product descriptions, ensuring consumers can make more informed choices. You can refer to the following link to view the differences between the Z60 Ultra Roller SA and the Z60 Ultra Roller Complete: https://us.mova.tech/pages/compare-robot-vacuum

Regarding the "dirty water tank not collecting water" and "overflowing" issues you described, these are usually related to the seal of the water tank or the state of the suction port. We suggest you try the following steps for quick troubleshooting:

Check if the dirty water outlet and filter components are clogged, and clean them promptly.
Open the top cover of the dirty water tank to check if the sealing ring is loose or deformed. Ensure it is manually reset and clean it with a cloth.
After emptying the dirty water, make sure the tank latch is properly secured.
Press down on the dirty water tank after placing it back in the base station to ensure it is installed correctly.
If these steps do not solve the issue, use a dry cloth to wipe the liquid level sensor (metal shrapnel) on the cleaning tray.

If the issues persist after the above troubleshooting, please send the device's SN code, purchase invoice, and the photos of the issues you captured (as attached in the post) to our after-sales support team. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with a satisfactory solution.
