[Z60 Ultra Complete] Vacuum/mop won’t go between or under chairs

So I got a new Z60 ultra vacuum/mop to replace my Roborock S8 Max v ultra.

I’m happy with the mopping but I’m having issues with cleaning the entire floor. For example, I cannot get the robot to vacuum underneath my table chairs, my stool chairs, or even my coffee table.
Just to be clear, the robot can fit very easily underneath each of these items. But it’s almost as if it doesn’t believe it’s going to fit so it won’t try.

I have the software set up in such a manner that it SHOULD bump into more items (collision avoidance is not checked) and I even checked the box that says it is okay to “scratch the top”

Finally I have a 8 foot circular rug which is admittedly ‘fluffy’ and has high pile. With that said, my previous two vacuums had no problem going cleaning this rug and driving over it.

But Z 60 won’t even attempt to drive over it

Please help, I really hope I can keep this product

Hello,

The reason the robot cannot clean under tables, chairs, and stools might be because the legs of these chairs are high-reflective surfaces. The robot's obstacle avoidance sensor uses infrared sensing, and light hitting high-reflective surfaces may get reflected away, potentially being recognized as obstacles or even causing collisions. We suggest covering the bottom 15 centimeters to see if it improves the situation.

Additionally, the robot currently does not support cleaning long-pile carpets. It only supports vacuuming on non-black, short-pile carpets that are less than 2 centimeters thick.
