Not vacuuming and mopping hard floors

Good morning!
My Mova p50 ultra will not vacuum my laminate and tile before mopping. It keeps saying not recommended it I need it t vacuum first

Which cleaning mode have you selected? Is it vacuum and mop simultaneously or vacuum first and then mop?

Additionally, we recommend checking if the robot has detected any carpets on the floor. If a carpet is detected, it might not recommend mopping on the carpet.

If the issue persists, we suggest trying to remap the area.

I have vac after mop selected.

In some areas I have a throw rug which it’s detected but in my kitchen there are no rugs and it still wants to mop only.
