I have purchased a robot vacuum from the website, but decided to pick Klarna and make small monthly payments, I concluded the purchase, but never got any confirmation from mova, not even shipping information, it has been 3 days, I don’t even remember what I bought to be honest, because I did at night in bed… I have all the purchase information from klarna app, not sure if I can share it here… I just wanted to know if it was processed because I don’t know when I will receive it.
