Big Step

How do I set an area that I need the robot to use its big boy arm and step over. Do I just add a green bar on the map where I think that it should take a step to clear the change from carpet to tile that isn’t finished out yet?

Currently, it’s not possible to manually set the robot to use its arm for stepping over obstacles, as this feature is controlled automatically by the robot’s algorithms. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused with your rug edges. To help protect your rugs, we suggest setting up a no-go zone in the app. You can do this by selecting no-go zones/virtual walls in map management and setting up a cleaning exclusion zone.

If I set up a No Go zone though my rug won’t get cleaned?
