I purchased the E40 Ultra with 2 year protection on October 14. It’s November 24 and we’re STILL going to back and forth! Your company keeps sending what you refer to as ‘a gentle reminder’ SINCE OCTOBER 16th! And then you say when I’m ready you’ll assist me. I’ve been ready and waiting and received no assistance at all!
I want the name of a manager and a phone number so that I can speak to a real person and not keep getting switched back-and-forth to various people! It seems as though multiple people are working on my case, Damon, Olivia, Adam Hazel, Emma,. I keep getting emails from different people telling me different things!
The last request asked me to give permission in Google so you can view the video you asked me to take. I gave permission and received another email from someone named Adam who didn’t even mention viewing my map. He just said he was escalating my case. This case has been escalated at least a dozen times and has gotten nowhere! I keep getting promises and nothing gets done! I feel like a ping pong ball and at this point I’m considering going to on social media to tell consumers of the horrible customer service MOVA has.
CAN YOU PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING.?
