Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Remove the cleaning board, check if the drain outlet is blocked and clean it (see attached image 1). Also, wipe the overflow sensor on the washboard (see attached image 2).
Take out the old water tank and check if the seal of the old tank is loose or dirty. Be sure to manually reset it and wipe it with a clean cloth (see attached image 3).
After emptying the dirty water, secure the latch of the old water tank, ensuring it is properly fastened.
Place the old water tank back into the base station, pressing it down gently to ensure it is installed properly.
Wipe away any residual water on the base with a dry cloth, reinstall the cleaning board, and check if the issue persists.
