[P10 Pro Ultra] Recharging Contact Issues

Frequently, when the robot returns to the dock, it does not begin charging. It appears the metal charging contacts are not consistently making proper contact.

I have already cleaned the metal contacts on both the robot and the dock, but the issue still persists. Many times, I have to manually push or reposition the robot in the dock to get proper contact so it will start charging.

This has become quite frustrating because I often have to check whether it is charging and manually adjust it.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the charging issue.

Since you have already cleaned the charging contacts but the problem still persists, you may try resetting the robot. Open the robot’s top cover, and on the side near the Wi-Fi indicator light, you will find a small reset hole. Press it for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt: “Start restoring factory settings.” Then restart the robot and check whether it can operate normally.

Please note that resetting the robot will erase all data, including the maps you have created. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
