Mopping Issues

while mopping the Mova Z 60 is obviously at an angle as the left wheel is not retracting as much as the right so only part of the mop is contacting the floor.  even if I physically push on each wheel, one does not retract as much as the other.  Help please.

To help determine why one of the wheels is not retracting properly during mopping, please follow the steps below:

1.Completely power off the robot, wait for 2–3 minutes, and then turn it back on. Check whether the wheel‑lift mechanism returns to normal.

2.Press down on both drive wheels individually and observe whether they can be pushed down and spring back with the same range of movement. If one side clearly does not rebound properly, please lift the robot and check whether there is any hair, dust, or debris wrapped around the wheel axle.
