Reduction of Vaccum Suction

Please help.

All of a sudden the suction strength of my p10 ultra has significantly reduced. Its a noticable reduction in the sound of the suction.

For example. The normal mode sounds like its on quiet and only on max mode does it sound like how it use to on normal.

Filters are clean. What can i do to troubleshoot?

We recommend checking whether there is airflow coming from the outlet during cleaning (you can use a thin piece of tissue to test if air is blowing out).

If there is airflow, it means the fan is working normally. In this case, we suggest cleaning the dustbin and increasing the suction level, then running a few more cleaning cycles.
