[Z60 Ultra Roller Complete] High-Traffic Home Test + One Minor Stall (Honest Update After Several Runs)

After running the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Complete consistently over the past several days in our home, I wanted to share a more realistic update — including both strengths and one small issue I experienced.

For context, this is a two-floor home with six people living in it, kids constantly moving in and out, and roughly 2,000 square feet covered per cleaning cycle on the ground floor alone. This isn’t a staged environment. It’s daily traffic, entryway dust, food crumbs, and regular furniture shifts.

First, let’s talk about cleaning performance. The water tank photos speak for themselves. After a full run, the amount of dirty water collected was noticeably dark, especially considering the floors didn’t “look dirty” beforehand. That’s something I appreciate — it shows the mop function is actually lifting residue rather than just gliding over clean-looking surfaces.

Navigation overall has been strong. It handles open areas very confidently and transitions between spaces without hesitation. The mapping appears stable, and the vacuum doesn’t wander randomly. It follows a structured path, which makes longer 2,000 sq ft runs feel intentional and efficient.

However, I did experience one stall under the sofa (video attached). The robot paused unexpectedly and required manual intervention. There wasn’t a visible obstruction, which made it slightly confusing. It’s possible the height clearance or sensor interpretation caused a temporary misread. After I repositioned it, it resumed cleaning normally and completed the rest of the cycle without issue.

To be fair, under-sofa areas can be tricky for many robot vacuums, especially when lighting changes or furniture clearance is borderline. I wouldn’t call it a major flaw, but it’s something I’ll continue monitoring in future runs.

Noise levels remain comfortable for a busy home. It runs in the background without interrupting conversations or work. That’s important in a house where people are constantly moving between rooms.

One thing I genuinely appreciate is consistency. It’s easy for a robot vacuum to perform well once, but consistency across multiple runs in a high-traffic household is where the real test lies. So far, aside from the single stall under the sofa, performance has been steady and predictable.

Overall rating at this stage: 4.75/5

Why not a full 5? The under-sofa stall is the only reason. Everything else — suction, mopping effectiveness, navigation in open areas, and real-world usability — has been solid.

I’ll continue testing tighter spaces and longer consecutive cleaning sessions over the coming days. The goal here isn’t just to post updates, but to genuinely see how it performs in a fully lived-in home.

More updates coming soon.
