When I first received the package, it was neatly packaged and had that luxury appliance feeling to it. One after another, smaller boxes revealed themselves, and I eventually got to the main base station, which came as one big piece. Putting the plastic ramp in place and placing the robot in its dock was as easy as opening the box. Overall, the initial unboxing of the product was not time consuming and could be done by most people.
As far as the aesthetics go, I love the almost galaxy starlight-like finish on the black base station (hard to see), and MOVA has continued to impress in the visuals department.
PS: I will be making more posts and being honest with my reviews. I have owned multiple brands of robot vacuums in the past and will also be suggesting updates or mentioning issues if any come up. I have already used the robot to mop and vacuum my apartment and noticed improvements that need to be made in terms of software. I will be making another post where I get into the navigation and edge mopping performance.
