Day 1 Impressions & Unboxing

I received this product through MOVA’s “Get and Create” program, so I’m very excited to try this new product out. The vacuum came with a complete set of replacements so I won’t be worrying about that anytime soon.

1. Design & First Look
The first thing that really caught my eye is how compact and sleek the Z60 is compared to the MOVA e40 Ultra, which feels bulky at over 23 inches tall, the Z60’s black finish and smaller design makes it much easier to blend into my living room. Even though the station is smaller, the water tank sizes are nearly identical (only a .5L difference), meaning you don't sacrifice much capacity for that better design.

2. Setup & "Genius" Mapping
The app setup was seamless, but the mapping was the real star. It took only 5 minutes to create a high-precision map of the floor. It correctly identified flooring direction and successfully avoided "danger zones" I’d left out on purpose and marked them on the map. I will add that it named everything correct except my laundry and entry, I am able to change them but custom names aren’t recognized in voice assistant. Which Ill talk about more in my next post.

3. "Dirty Water" Test
This is where it gets impressive. I ran my MOVA e40 Ultra earlier today, but when I sent the Z60 out for its first deep clean, the wastewater was significantly dirtier. The Z60’s 28,000 Pa suction and roller-mop system clearly pulled up grime that my previous vacuum was leaving behind.

4. Real-time Camera
The real-time camera is a game-changer. It’s high-quality enough that I used the two-way audio to "politely" ask my dog to move so the robot could finish cleaning and it actually worked! It’s a great way to keep an eye on things while the robot does the heavy lifting.

I will go more in depth on app features and try the Z60 on my carpet, pet hair and wet spots.
